Pinot Noir has been at or near the top of every wine drinker's wish list for more than 15 years now.  In that time, it has evolved from a medium bodied, earthy, crisp food wine to a medium to full bodied fruit forward delight with an earthy finish.  This flight explores that evolution, as we taste through traditional Pinot Noir (Red Burgundy and Oregon) and the newer style (California and South America).  Stop by and see for yourself just how this exquisite red has changed.
